Synergetic Engineering successfully works with Architects, Owners, and Contractors providing quality designs with cost in mind.  We have been active in the industry for over 20 years, with 10 years hands-on experience working with a design/build construction company, so we know how things get built in the ‘real world’.

Pat Sablatura, or better known as ASAP Pat, has over 20 years of engineering experience, and 10 years of hands-on construction site experience in the field. Pat is a native Texan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas, and is a fully licensed with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.

ASAP Pat offers an industry-shattering 3-day turnaround on designs, not 3 months like most others! Pat does 100+ foundation designs per month, which amounts to 4 million square feet of designs per year. He has done over 15,000 projects in central Texas alone. Pat prides himself on a laid back, no nonsense attitude to get the job done right the first time, getting his clients affordable solutions in unbelievable time.
