Pat Sablatura,
Founder & Visionary
Pat Sablatura—better known as ASAP Pat—was born and raised in Round Rock, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering and quickly earned his Professional Engineering license in the state of Texas.
With a 30-year career spanning both commercial and residential work, Pat brings a rare combination of engineering expertise and real-world construction experience. He spent 10 years in commercial design/build, creating architectural plans, structural layouts, and full site designs for dozens of large office-warehouse projects across Central Texas. Having taken developments from raw land to completed business parks, he understands how things are built and designs with budgets and constructibility front and center.
Today, Pat focuses his expertise on foundation design—personally completing over 1,000 projects per year with the same friendly, laid-back attitude and get-it-done mindset that his clients love.

Jeff King
Project Manager, C.O.O.
Jeff King is a native Texan whose construction education started early—he was on a jobsite almost as soon as he could walk. Growing up in the family construction business gave him a strong foundation in how homes are built long before he ever put pen to paper.
Over the last 30 years, Jeff’s hands-on background evolved into a deep specialization in foundation design. With more than 200,000 residential foundation plans under his belt, he brings a level of practical wisdom, accuracy, and efficiency that’s unmatched in the industry.
Jeff’s blend of field experience and design expertise makes him the go-to guy when you need fast, reliable foundation plans from someone who truly understands construction from the ground up.
Faith Thompson
Marketing & Sales Director
Faith Thompson is a seasoned Sales and Marketing Director with over a decade of experience increasing revenue, elevating brand presence, and leading successful teams across competitive markets. Born and raised in Round Rock, Texas, she pairs a strong work ethic with a strategic mindset and a passion for results.
Her career blends 10+ years in sales and marketing with 5 years in Central Texas general contracting—giving her firsthand knowledge of both the customer journey and the realities of construction operations. She excels at translating data-driven insights into clear strategies that drive measurable growth.
Faith holds a B.S. in Biology with a Chemistry minor from Concordia University Texas, a scientific background that sharpens her analytical approach and problem-solving skills. Outside of work, she’s a devoted stay-at-home mother of two, bringing the same focus, creativity, and determination to her family life as she does to her career.
