Foundation Pre-Pour Compliance Letter
A Prepour compliance letter assures the client that the contractor has prepared the foundation in accordance with the engineering design plans.
While other engineers charge $200+ for this service, 3 Day Design includes the prepour letter for free with every foundation we design.

Submittal Requirements

24-hours is required to issue a Pre-Pour Compliance Letter.

Foundation Design invoice must be paid in full. (Accounting 512-845-2760)

Geotechnical report requirements (if provided) are fully met.

Minimum 4" slab thickness across the entire area.

Slab- dimensions, drops, offsets, etc. match the latest architectural plans.

Grade beams- penetration into virgin soil, locations, depths.

Reinforcement- size, spacing, splices, corner bars, chairs.

Vapor retarder- installed per manufacturer requirements

Hardpoints/piers- locations, depths, reinforcements.

Epoxy dowels- embed depth, size, locations.

Slab drops- proper waterproofing and full drainage systems.

Retaining walls- proper waterproofing and full drainage systems.
